the fee for msc chemistry in government colleges is about 25,000-50,000 per year.

Yes, candidates can persue M.SC entomology after B.SC Chemistry because as the eligibility criteria is, A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation in Science stream.
