for studying pharmaceutical chemistry, you can do Bsc or B.pharma(ug courses) and msc for pg.

admissions in private universities like amity, lpu, sharda, upes and many more are still open so log on to their official website and register yourself.

Yes definitely you can write IAS exam with B.Sc Applied Physical Science and Industrial Chemistry. You just need to have a degree to write IAS exam.
