Not always,but depends on the university syllabus which the college follows (in India). If your university provides BSc Physics Only with Mathematics subsidiary options then you will have to study them both,but some universities do have options of Accountancy,Statistics ,etc in place of Mathematics and Chemistry.Check out the subsidiary subject

It's important if you want to be a professor or you want to work something related to Nutrition. Otherwise, if you're a job seeker, then graduation is fine. You can search for jobs and you can also appear in exams for govt job

However, in general, the eligibility criteria for admission in Bachelors in Computer Applications is minimum 50 percent marks in 10+2 board examinations (or equivalent diploma/degree).

Chemistry is compulsory for doing BSC from Delhi University. One can pursue a vocational course in the field of food and nutrition without having studied chemistry, However taking admission in UGC approved university will be difficult.
