Can I add my I.T marks in best of four for taking admission in b.sc in du.Instead of chemistry ...I had PCB +info.Tech(IT)+eng in class 12?

Hi, there are certain rules made by Delhi University in order to help candidates calculate their best of four percentage. The subjects which you can include in best of four should be the ones associated with the course in which you wish to take admission.

Best four marks are considered which includes Chemistry , either of Physics, Biology and Maths and English. Based on that your best 4 percentage is determined.

This is depend on two things

1. Which college you want to take admission

2. Which category you belong.

If you want to take admission in NITs your overall percentage should be 75 or under top 20 percentile if you belong from general category. Many private college demands

I assume you are talking about Delhi University. If you are a General category student, you have a chance at colleges like Aurobindo College, Bhaskaracharya college of applied sciences, Sri Venkateshwara college and maybe Deshbandhu college and Daulat Ram in later rounds.

Hey Pragna, see you can view this in two ways. I am sure what is confusing you is that you got in an NIT . You dont wanna leave NIT but also dont wanna study Chemistry. But if viewed logically, chemical engineering will have lots of chemistry in it and
