Yes you can get admission in University of Delhi because you have a good percentage. If you are unable to get through the cut-offs of north campus you have a door opened by the name of South Campus which has its very good list of colleges. And as
The cutoff of deemed university do come in the range of 300 -350 marks but these colleges are few in number and the chance for getting a seat is very slim.
Hence this is not advisable to do.
