hello aspirant,

you can take either one of them. for b.sc in chemistry or bio chemistry the eligibility criteria is 10+2 in science with subjects mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology/computer science.. so you are eligible for both of them. hope you have understood.

As Fluorine is more electronegative than chlorine, therefore it can attract a shared pair of electron more easily and strongly than chlorine.
