Absolutely yes, for chemistry and biology NCERT is self sufficient. Study NCERT only for organic chemistry and solve the questions. After that go for mock test papers.

for viteee physical chemistry i suggest you to go through modern approach to chemical calculations by rc mukherjee as physical chemistry demands practice and there are sufficient problems in this book for it. for theory i would recommend you to go through each and every line of ncert.
