After BSc. you can go for MSC course(2 years). ALso there is option of Integrated MSC and PhD.( 3 to 4 years)

As if you want to score 250+ marks you have to study all subjects .

With two subjects strong ( as you said you are poor in chemistry) you can score around 200 marks.
