Yes, you can.
Though your score is on the edge. Chemistry, Physics Honors cut offs tend to be higher than Life Science, Physical Science, Zoology, Botany when it comes to Science courses.
So, yes, you do have a chance but only around 3rd-4th cutoff.
Forget St Stephens, their cut off goes too high. But you have a decent chance in Hindu, Hansraj, and Ramjas. Khalsa is an option too. Miranda House is a full girls college.
In South campus, you will get in all courses, and colleges.
