Looking at the previous years cutoff, You don't seem to be having much chance in IITs. But the good news is that they are many NITs where you have a very high chance. The NITs you can look forward to are:-
NIT Agartala
MNNIT Allahabad
NIT Arunachal
you can opt for engineering , basically chemical engineering, keeping in mind your interest for chemistry and mathematics. you can also opt for BSC in mathematics or chemistry and after that go for MSC.
with the job perspective you can go for,
BBA, BCOM, ENGINEERING.
