I assume that you want to go for Compartment exams through CBSE or the On demand examination through NIOS. If so, then if you pass the examination, then you can get admission in class 11th in the same year that you have appeared for your HSC exams.

Yes, a student after completing B.Sc (Hons) Chemistry can appear for JAM examination.
Joint Entrance Test for M.Sc Programmes (JAM) is a test for admission to M.Sc programmes offered by IITs.

Eligibility Criteria to appear for the test is
Candidate should have completed Undergraduation in a related subject.

If you have OBC and have aggregate of 60% the then you are eligible but if have it below than this then you are not eligible. But if you are SC/ST then you would have  been eligible for AIIMS .
