Hey ,
You don't have to specifically take a drop for a subject , you can work harder on your other subjects(Physics and maths ) to crack jee and do the topics you are comfortable or have the highest value in chemistry.

Hiii

Yes ofcourse these subjects will affect your eligibility in every university and college. For pursuing CS you will have to choose either of the 2 i.e B.Tech Computer Science or B.Sc Computer Science.
For both these degrees the eligibity is that the candidate must have qualified class 12th exams

Chemistry could be divided into three main parts namely,

  • Physical
  • Organic 
  • Inorganic

Inorganic chemistry is easier to score coz it is only memorizing topic.Read the topic number of times and try to answer many number of questions.

St. Xavier's College Mumbai offers M.Sc in Botany without chemistry in the graduation. Their eligibility criteria is that once must posses a BSc Botany degree
Also Aligarh muslim university (AMU) offers MSc Botany without chemistry. Their eligibility is B.Sc. (Hons.) with Botany as the main subject along with Chemistry
