It is mentioned in the state code of eligibility in jee main 2020 pdf that  State code of eligibility does NOT depend upon the native place or the place of residence of the candidate. For example, if a candidate appears for the Class XII examination in New Delhi and is a resident of NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh, the candidate’s State code of eligibility will be that of Delhi and NOT that of Uttar Pradesh. If your EWS category rank is 77000 then you have very very less or no chances of getting admission into this institution because the cut offs for every branch in GGU Bilaspur for EWS rank is nearly between the range of 5000 to 10000 so your chances are very much low.

The chances of getting seat in NITs is difficult except in your home state. In 2019 a candidates with SC category rank 1753 secured seat in B.Arch in NIT, Raipur under home state category. Considering previous year cut off you may have chances of getting seat in NIT, Raipur but cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.
