Now as you want to take admission in private colleges of Karnataka, Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh so you have to separately apply for their state counselling and note that you can apply for only private seats for states Chhattisgarh and Karnataka but for Maharashtra you can apply for government seats in private colleges. As government seats are reserved only for state candidates.
