Sanjay, it isn't clear if your daughter was born in Rajasthan and studied in Rajasthan until her 10th. But by studying her 10th and 12th in UP, though she is not a resident of UP, she qualifies for UP Domiicle thereby qualifying for UP NEET State Eligibility. You can check
