First of all you need to apply for All India Quota, AIQ Counseling to apply for AFMC Pune.
------- At the very beginning phase of registration it will be asked if you wish to apply for ARmed Force Medical Services, to which you will have to select yes, and afterwards you will have to register yourself on the official website of AFMC for further procedures, only then you will be able to apply for AFMC, Pune.
You wouldn't get AFMC, Pune in choice filling list of institutions in AIQ counseling
------ Also CMC Vellore is a private Institution, and private medical colleges aren't available for All India Quota Counseling.
------- Hence you need to Apply in the state counseling of Tamil Nadu to get seat in CMC Vellore.

I hope you find the answer helpful
Thank you.
To predict whether you will definitely get a seat in a college is an uphill task as cut-offs for colleges change every year depending upon several factors such as-
• Number of applicants in NEET exam
• NEET question paper difficulty level
• Score of the candidates in NEET 2021 result
• MBBS/BDS seat matrix 2021
Though it was expected that due to higher difficulty level of examination cut-off for colleges will decrease, but it turns out students have performed exceptionally well and the cut offs for colleges is expected to increase compared to last year.
If we go by the previous year data for State counseling for Tamil Nadu, then cut off All India Rank for Christian Medical College, Vellore was as following
• Institutional Quota - 2080 AIR
• General Quota - 213 AIR
With your result it seems very difficult for you to get MBBS seat in CMC Vellore.

Hello Aspirant.
Hope you are doing well.
There are very less chances of you to get the admission. But the cut off varies every year so maybe you'll get the admission because cut off depends upon various numbers of factors such as the difficulty level of exams, no of candidates, etc. But the cut off for the reserved category is comparatively low than the cut off of unreserved category.
GOOD LUCK, STAY MOTIVATED AND HOPE THIS HELPS.
Thankyou.
