if neet score is 150 can i get management quota in cmc vellore

Rajeswari 22nd May, 2025

Yes, admissions to CMC Vellore particularly for MBBS course can happen through the management quota. However, the management quota is not simply a "direct admission" route; it still requires passing the NEET-UG exam and fulfilling other eligibility criteria.

But according to your mentioned marks, it's not possible to get into the CMC Vellore even through the management quota. The score must be between 450-550.

To be eligible for management quota admission in CMC Vellore, the candidate must fulfil the following criteria:

  • The candidate should have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
  • The candidate should have qualified in NEET with the minimum qualifying percentile as prescribed by the Medical Council of India.
  • The candidate should have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission.
  • The candidate must meet the other eligibility criteria set by CMC Vellore.

CMC COLLEGE BSC RADIOTHERAPY TECHNOLOGY 12TH CUTOFF=149 This available in which colleges

Rubina Naseer 17th May, 2025

Hello,

The three-year B.Sc. program in radiotherapy technology at Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore, is followed by a one-year internship. The college administers an entrance exam, which is followed by interviews and practical evaluations. Admission is competitive. Although CMC does not formally announce precise cutoffs to the public, a 12th cutoff score of 149 might be taken into consideration. In the 12th grade, physics, chemistry, and biology/mathematics are typically required. You can apply if you fit these requirements. Investigating other universities that offer the same course is also advised because different schools might have different admissions requirements and cutoff scores.
All the best.

now i completed 10std which stream ihave to choose for better life but some are telling that Ai will replace the jobs shall got pcmb or p cmc iam in dynama please answer

Prachi Kumari 23rd Apr, 2025

Hello,

First of all, don't worry too much. You are still in the early stage, and you have time to decide your career.

Since you have just completed 10th, both PCMB and PCMC are good options. It depends on what you are interested in.

  • If you like Biology and think about careers like doctor, pharmacy, or research in life sciences, then PCMB is better.

  • If you like Computers and are thinking about engineering, coding, or working in tech fields, then PCMC is a better choice.

About AI replacing jobs — yes, some jobs might change, but many new jobs will also come. If you keep learning and updating your skills, you will be safe.

So, choose the stream where you feel more interested and confident. That will lead you to a better life.

Hope it helps !

i have filled initial section in the cmc vellore form with the actual intials of my name , but my name does not have an initial to it, should i submit a new form or should i contact the registration office?

Rubina Naseer 2nd Apr, 2025

Since your name does not have an initial, but you have mistakenly entered one in the CMC Vellore application form, it could lead to discrepancies during document verification or admission.

To resolve this:

1. **Contact the Registration Office** – CMC Vellore’s admission team can clarify whether they can correct the mistake or if you need to reapply.

2. **Check Correction Policies** – Some institutions allow corrections within a certain period. Look for any official guidelines.

3. **Avoid Multiple Applications** – Submitting a new form without confirmation might cause duplication issues.

Reaching out to the registration office is the best step to ensure a smooth application process.

What should be my neet score to get into cmc, vellore if I am a general caste and not Christian?

Mitali Sharma 5th Mar, 2025

Hello

For admission to CMC Vellore as a General (non-Christian) candidate, you must secure a high NEET score, as only a few open category seats are available.

Expected NEET Score for General Category:

Government Quota (through Tamil Nadu State Counselling): 620+

Open Category (Few Seats in Management Quota): 660+

Christian Minority Quota: Lower cutoffs (not applicable to you)

Since most seats are reserved for Christian candidates, securing admission as a general candidate requires a very high NEET score (650+ for safety).

What are the medical colleges in India that needs early registration for admission even before the Neet exam. For example the CMC Vellore college registrations have started. What are the other colleges?

Kenma Kozume 14th Feb, 2025

hi ,

certain medical colleges require candidates to complete additional application procedures or registrations prior to the NEET examination . Notable examples include:

  • Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore:

    • CMC Vellore mandates that applicants register separately on their official portal before the NEET exam. This early registration is crucial for candidates aiming to secure admission to their MBBS program.
  • Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune:

    • AFMC requires candidates to register on their official website in addition to appearing for NEET. Post-NEET, shortlisted candidates undergo further selection processes, including tests and interviews, as part of AFMC's admission criteria.
  • Banaras Hindu University (BHU):

    • BHU conducts its own registration process for medical admissions. Candidates interested in BHU's medical programs must complete this registration in addition to taking the NEET exam.
  • Jamia Hamdard University:

    • Similar to other institutions, Jamia Hamdard requires prospective students to register on their platform before NEET. This ensures that candidates are considered for their medical courses upon qualifying NEET.
  • University of Delhi:

    • Medical colleges under the University of Delhi may have specific registration requirements. Aspirants should check the respective college's admission guidelines to ensure compliance with any pre-NEET registration mandates.

Important Considerations:

  • Stay Updated: Admission procedures can vary annually. It's essential to regularly visit the official websites of the medical colleges you're interested in to stay informed about application timelines and requirements.

  • Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documents are prepared in advance, as some institutions may require specific paperwork during the early registration process.

  • Deadlines: Adhering to application deadlines is crucial. Missing early registration windows can disqualify candidates from being considered for admission, regardless of their NEET performance.

hope this helps
