See as per your Marks-273 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

A candidate of other state can only take admission in other state under 15% all India quota. And 85% seats are for state counselling students. This is applicable for government medical colleges for private colleges students should have state domicile of that respective state .
