neet score is 510 can i get management seat in punjab like pims,sgrd,cmc,dmc colleges under UR category and being a punjab resident

Dear Vanshika, a total of 13,783 students from Punjab appeared in NEET 2019 and a total of 9,456 cleared tge exam against a total of 1295 MBBS seats in 10 colleges in Punjab. And this is across all Categories. So with a score of 510, your chances are a little difficult to be honest.
