Dear Ritika, AIIMS has its own entrance examination for MBBS. You need to appear for their entrance examination and if you clear the examination, you will get into AIIMS. However to get into Sadadurjung or CMC, you need to write NEET exam. As BHMS doesn't have Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology

The cutoff for NEET at chrsitian medical college is OBC 137, and the rest is 107.
