The tuition fee for MBBS in this college is 29 Lakhs and the seats intake is 75.

I'm assuming that you are asking if the fee of Rs. 1.03 lakh is the whole MBBS course fee. 

Well, the above mentioned fee is only for one year hence for 5 years it would be Rs. 1.03×5 = Rs. 5.15 lakhs.
