we cannot really say its a true or but while practically its completely based on NEET score you must atleast have 450+ to get this college if you have any category it helps but strictly through NEET if you have good score you can get any medical colleges

As per eligibility

As on 31.12.18 you should at least 17 for CMC

So , you are not eligible for CMC.

FOR MANIPAL

You have to completed your +12 with at least 50% of marks .
