I would say no you wouldnt get a seat in civil engineering with that rank because they only accept 36 students into this branch through the PESSAT quota but you might want to try you're luck in the second round of counseling.

It matters what branch you are opting for because if you want civil it will end up under 110 rank,but if you just want to end up taking admission in gcet without any interest of branches alloted then be under 1000 rank if in general or above 1000 if you
