If you get admission in the top university of Japan (like Tokyo University, Tohoku University) for engineering course and receive a scholarship only then it is feasible to pursue Engineering from Japan. The quality of education is not extraordinary hence only if you get offers from top colleges, should opt to go to Japan.
Hello.
The College of Engineering Trivandrum was established in 1939, but when the administration came under the control of Government of Kerala it moved to a sprawling 125 acres campus in 1960. It is one of the best-known and most sought-after engineering colleges in the state.
The COE is for the undergraduate, postgraduate, and research courses. The college was accredited by the National Board of Accreditation [NBA] and approved by the All India Council of Technical Education [AICTE].
According to a study sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, the College of Engineering, Trivandrum was among the Top Ten Engineering Colleges in India. Now it ranks among the top in the country in the quality of its graduates and the number of top jobs they get.
Moreover, the Kerala Government has sanctioned a new satellite project in association with ISRO through this Institute. This project aims to design, fabricate and launch a nano-satellite, in association with ISRO and CET Centre for Interdisciplinary Research [CCIR].
The fee for BTech is 24k but iam not sure this is per year or total fee for BTech.
Hope this is helpful.
Good luck.
Hi Harsh
Civil Engineering is a good career choice and has become a popular one among various other career options. It deals with deagn, construction and maintainance of the infrastructure like roads,buildings,canals,dams etc which is quite interesting as a career option.
Well,it has good scope in future too since a lot of jobs are created in this domain.
The average pay for a civil engineer ranges between 3-4 Lakhs per annum,which always has a scope for increment.
Options under civil engineering include:
Civil Site Engineer ;
Design Engineer ;
Planning Engineer;
Structural Engineer ;
Industrial Production Engineer ;
Also,lastly just want to advice that if you want to persue it and have passion for it,you can definitely go for it.
Thank You.
