I quite don't undertand what do you mean by linking your b arch percentile to civil engineering , what is the connection between two. Or do you mean that can you get civil from b arch percentile. Answer is strict no.

Since it is too late to answer your query. JOSSA Counselling is over now and CSAB second round seat allocation result also has been announced. With this percentile the chances are very less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs. For private colleges you can try.

No branch of engineering is worst. Every stream has is known importance in the economy of India. Without civil engineer, the mega structure which mesmerize people wouldn't be existing. So, Civil is the best and core branch of engineering.
