It's very important to look upon your interest . Don't just go blindly with packages. So if you are interested in coding then I would recommend you to kindly go with computer science branch and if you don't have any fascination for it then go for mechanical.

First of all I would like to tell tell you that it's better to choose a good college over a good branch because if you are getting a good college but not the branch you want so you can get it changed after scoring well in 1st year.
If you focus solely on the branch then electrical will win and you have your answer but if you look in overall prospective then you will notice that iit roorkee has better brand value than ism dhanbad so the decision remains between i&p and civil where in terms of placements

I would suggest you to go for BIT, Mesra rather than going for B.I.T Sindri...B.I.T Mesra is far better than B.I.T. Sindri.
