I hope you are doing well. This college has just been established i suppose around 2017 something. So their potential is pretty raw right now.

The professors makes the college worse. Else infrastructures are quite good.

With regards to Placements the college has no big ties to top

, From some research on internet about both colleges I found that NIT Kurukshetra for Civil is better than IIIT Vadodara for CSE because of its better infrastructure, placement and all and fees is also less here. So go for NIT.
