see this year there is the possibility of cutoff increasing to high score. so at this score you have less chances for psus like npcil, iocl, nlc, hpcl etc. however you may know about psu recruitment from below link,

Well 45 marks are good score but not good to maybe get you to IIT's,For IIT's you should have scored around 60 marks,well your caste depends too
