Hi,
Between lucknow university and delhi University , I'll say that delhi university is far better. Delhi University has its name and fame. It has a very great reputation than Lucknow University. There is no comparison between DU and LU. So, DU's faculty cannot be compared with LU.

The chances of getting an IIT or NIT with this score is very less because you need around 32 to 35 marks minimum or score around 450 and marks are directly proportional to getting an NIT or IIT which means the more marks you get the more chances

For doing ME or M.Tech in Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad you must have a valid PG CET scorecard because there is no way for direct admission in Masters courses and admission is done on the basis of PG CET scores only.

Believe me don't gor for NIRF rank, if you are looking for placement.  Among these three, don't  chose NIT durgapur if you are not from bengal. You may chose NIT Bhopal or NIT Surat,according to other parameters. If you are intrested in CIVIL then only go for it else
