Hello student I'm sorry to Inform you but no after one year you're not eligible you're eligible in this year itself as eligibility criteria says that Candidates must be eligible to hold an Indian passport. And candidates Date of born is must between 1 January 2005 to 31st December 2006.

The eligibility criteria for NSEJS states that the Candidate must have born after 1 January, 2005 and before 31 December, 2020. The candidate must be of class 10th or below. You haven't mentioned your full DOB. But, I think you should be eligible for the exam.

It's completely fine doing so. You need not worry over writing Mr. before your father's name on the sheet. Your answer sheet will still be evaluated. And your father's name will not be considered any different.
