To get admission in malla reddy college your rank needs to be around 23000 in councelling,as you are facing problem in counselling you need to visit college personally to check if you can get admission there or not,

You haven't mentioned about the counselling for which you are going for documents verification.
But even then, whichever counselling it may be , certificate from class 1 to 10 th is never asked. If you are going for some graduation course, you need just your 10th
Yes of course it is ok to go for basic Maths if you want to pursue science stream with PCB in your 11th and 12th as maths is not required for PCB science, so there will be no problem.
