Yes of course you can do diploma and your 11th at the same time but there's a condition for that you cannot do the both as regular course , You  will have to do one course from open university .

See father's name matter. It should be his real name on your documents. If you have passed recently then initiate a change in documents according to cbse rules.If more than 10 years have lapsed then you have to take the help of court.

Yes, your child will be considered local if she completes 10+2 from Hyderabad. By local, I mean any other child who has done education till 12th in India. If you are talking about local in sense of Domicile then you would have to get the domicile certificate issued

hey dear, yes you can certainly  apply for NDA if you are younger than 19 years of age. You must clear the written exam of Nda and then SSB interview either at bhopal or banglore.But you cannot apply for technical  entry Navy and Army because the 10th and 12th marks
