If you are in class 10 at present in 2019-20 session, than you have lost the chance. The application form was available in month of august or september. The exam will be in month of november.

If you have filled for improvement exam but kn case you don't appear in the improvement exam then nothing will happen,  I mean your result will be still but you will never be able to improvement exam again as only chance is there for improvement exam ,

See I would suggest making the corrections whenever possible because you never know at what stage there may be some obstruction regarding the name.

Some colleges may have an issue with the name error and some may not.
