Your Academic scores are excellent. You can get a call from SPIJMR if you can secure 85 percentile Overall. Your Sectional cut offs should look like:

There are 2 different groups for VITEEE based on the stream your son is appearing to study for. And the fee structure for both Groups is different. And it doesn't mention a special fee structure for OCI card holders. Now it isn't clear what course your son wants to study.

Well dear,they usually don't focus on the class percentages unless they have asked you to submit a certificate as a proof,so,there are very less chances of the form being rejected,until they start cross-checking everything.
