OCI are eligible for giving NEET. Just ensure that your age is matching the eligibility criteria(atleast 17 yr old before 31 Dec 2021),

     Your chances into IIM's will completely depends on your CAT scores, you have to secure minimum of 97 percentile to get the calls of news IIM's, and 98.5+ for old IIM's.

You can easily apply for all the exams specified by you like IIT JEE, AIIMS and NEET.  Since you have completed your 10 and 12 from India. So you can easily apply for them.
