The fees for free seat of diploma is different for categories.

For general and obc category, it is 2830 and for SC ST category, it is 1030.

If the issue is only about sir name being at first position and your name at the second position or vice versa then this is not a big issue.The university form should be filled properly as per documents of standard 12th.
