Yes,you are eligible to appear for JEE Mains after qualifying which you get NITs and also the chance to appear for JEE Advance which is the gateway to IIT.
Candidates need to secure minimum 75 percent marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or be in top 20 percentile

I get 63 marks in ouat and 71.2% in 12th and 91.2% in 10th can I get Bsc. Agriculture and I am also in SC category.

Your score is not up to the mark, to be very honest. Because your score in 10th, 12th and in graduation matters a lot to get shortlisted in the IIM. But you may apply for CAT af course but to get shortlisted you must have to score above

It seems like you are not eligible for counseling. Eligibility criteria for neet counseling is that a candidate must score aggregate of 50% of general or 40% if OBC/SC/ST in PCB/biotechnology in class 12th. You percentage is 39.33% after rounding off it will be 39.3% only so no NTA

NTSE (National Talent Search Exam) is conducted every year by NCERT to provide scholarships to the deserving candidates. The exam is conducted in the two stages, through which approx 1000 students are chosen for the scholarship program.

FMS Delhi is one of the Best Colleges in India for Management. The Final admission to this College depends on CAT score, Category and your Academics. The College has huge Competition. Your Academics are not good enough. You need a CAT percentile 99 to get call from FMS.

One can join Indian army, after 10th or 12th or after Graduation technical or non technical basis.

after 10th, if you have NSS certificate ( optional), you can join army as a soldier. Then with training and internal exams can move to the higher rank.

Depends on your CAT score,educational bg, category, work ex.
