To get into Bachelor in audiology and speech language pathology you need to complete 10+2 with minimum of 50% aggregate if you're unreserved candidate and 45%  aggregate if you belong to SC/ST/OBC in science stream in a recognised board.So as you have completed your 10th you're not eligible

As per the Medical Council of India (MCI) notification, NEET result 2019 UG will be a gateway for candidates to pursue MBBS and BDS admissions outside India.
Therefore you should be able to qualify NEET UG.
Eligibility criteria includes Qualifying Exam 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology
