If you belong to AP and your cousin has completed his 10th in 2019 in AP too. And you're planning to join inter in Hyderabad, there would be no implications in the future. Just make sure to have all your documents in order and up to date.

as per JEE Mains eligibility candidate needs to pass 12th with 5 subjects, however these marls are not counted in the counselling for JEE.

you are eligible to appear for JEE if you have passed class 12th.
