You mean schools? Colleges are for bachelors , masters or even for PHD's. For admission in Colleges for Science subjects one needs to have 10+2 or 12th class grade marks.

As per the academic eligibility for NEET. Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as their subjects in Class 12th. All applicants must have obtained the necessary aggregate marks in the qualifying exam:

• General Category- 50% marks in qualifying exam.
• OBC/SC/ST Category- 40% marks in qualifying exam.

you don't need to worry for you HSC hall ticket, It will no use for you further acedmic career where you only need hall ticket, In future if you need anyehere there is also subsitute available or the same thing.

Your chances of getting BUMS course  in Mumbai is less as you are from general category. And see this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years. But the cut off marks for private colleges are less. You can check the following website to know more about BUMS

Whatever you have scored in your 10th std and 12th std are not going to help you to get a seat in dental colleges more than your NEET score. So search based on your category and your state. If you mention them, it will be easier to predict.
