How much percentage required in 10th to get admission in this college

You have not specified in which college you're seeking admission in, or for what stream you're interested in. 

It may differ from college to college, perhaps people choosing science background need to score higher percentage in their 10th exam compared to arts or commerce background.

If there is a difference in your name or your father's name or your mother's name or you age or your gender in your certificates then you can submit your affidavit to any officials. In Delhi University admission also you can submit your affidavit then they can accept

To qualify for a Karnataka or Andhra Prasesh domicile, your son should have been a permanent resident in the state for atleast six years from a given year. But because your son is minor, in his case, atleast one of his parents should have resided in Karnatka or Andhra Pradesh

Your MHT-CET score and HSC score are good.

On the basis of this, you can easily get admission .in any government college in an agriculture course if, your marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology is more than 50% of the total marks.
