Both marksheet can be used, depending ofcourse that the marks indicate you are eligible for NEET. Remember that you will also have to present the same marksheet at the time of counselling and for all future purposes, so make sure you preserve the same as well.

To get admission in COEP, Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed 10+2 examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.

As per your rank and previous year cut off you may get CSE branch in vellore or chennai in 3/4/5 category.

There is no chance of you getting CSE branch in first category.

You can also go for the CSE spec in information security or CSE spec in

As you mentioned with SC category and 114 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible.As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for nEET next year.

Yes there are the chances of having it to be possible.You should know that, Registration Number is the number given to you by the CBSE when you become a student of a CBSE School. It actually is the number which states that you are a CBSE Board student.
