No sorry you are not eligible for imucet. the minimum marks for 10+2 is 60% . this is the minimum marks for eligibility to seat in the exam. you alao need a minimum of 50% in 10+2 or 10 in english. thus with this10+2 marks you wont be able to

As per the eligibility criteria of agricultural scientists which say a student must have completed his/her 10+2 or equivalent with science subjects with a minimum of 50% marks. The duration of the course is for years and admission is based on merit or performance in the entrance exam

Since you have completed your 12th from Madhya Pradesh, you can appear for home state quota from Madhya Pradesh. Home state quota seats are reserved for students based on their state of eligibility which is the state from which the student has completed his/her 12th.
