If you are talking in reference of admission then you can fill admission forms for Diploma courses like diploma in engineering after class 10th. Otherwise you need to at least complete class 12th to take admission in other good courses.

I would recommend you to try and study as hard as possible for the remaining exams in the gaps that you get between the exams.
Now, concerning your question, if you are not satisfied, then you can reappear for improvement exam through compartment exam in case of CBSE

there are a lot of study packages available for class 10th.
For board purpose you can refer to arihant books and practise previous years question papers.
Whereas for competitve exams like NTSE, prefer MTG or Any coaching institute study packages if you're enrolled in it.

In Chemistry question paper, you will hardly find any numerical. The only chapter containing numerical is surface chemistry. So there are chances that you will find one numerical from the chapter.
There is no such exact weightage but in class 12 the physical chemistry is of 23 marks
