Dear Gulshan, in 2018 under State Quota for SC category 417 marks got a seat in North Delhi Muncipal Corporation Medic College and Dr. BabaSaheb Ambedkar Medic College. 450 marks got a seat in Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College. So you have a chance at these 3 colleges with a score of 490.
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
