You're have great in scores in 10th, 12th and Graduation till now and anythinf above 9.0 is considered good for IIMs and other top b-schools. However, you need to score well in CAT to get calls from the top ones. All the best.

The minimum percentage required in 10th and 12th for any of these colleges is atleast 65% in your main subjects.
Then for your graduation the minimum percentage is around 70% with no backs.

According to the eligibility criteria of MHTCET, candidates whose mother or father are domiciles of Maharashtra are eligible to appear for MHT CET exam. (They must possess domicile certificate).

After 10th standard :-

  • If you have interest in science and want to further take engineering or medical then you can choose science in 11th and 12th standard with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects if you want to do engineering or Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects

If you are asking about admission to MBBS course in Maharashtra, for the state quota seats, candidates should show the domicile certificate of the state. Also, candidates should have completed Classes 10 and 12 from the state.
