You do get another opportunity to change your academic percentage after the window closes. This happens few weeks before the main CAT examination. You will be notified through SMS and E-mail, whether you want to make changes or not. Then, you can make changes for the final time.

Hey, Thank you for contacting us. To be able to Fill the forms of UPP and Navy force, you will have to be 18 years old and above and the candidate should be qualified till class 12th. So you will need to study 11 and 12th standard with science stream.

Class 10th percentage does not matter for civil engineering because the admission will be based on the entrance exam in which you will appear and class 12th marks but not class 10th marks therefore try to perform well in the entrance exam and grab a seat in the good college.
