With the XAT score of 30.5 you can definitely expect 90+ percentile. Yes, rest assured you will definitely get a call from TAPMI , Great Lakes and  K J Somaiya as their expected cutoff for 2019 is somewhere between 80 - 85 for each of them.

No it won't get round off and you will not get the highest point for that. As per the rules of you get highest point if you score more than 90 then you need atleast 90 to get the maximum points but since you stand below 90 therefore you will

You have to write a letter to the chairman of the board under which u have passed the exam(ICSE,CBSE,state boards etc..)
