Hey there jaiswal, i am sorry to say that if you dont have 50 percentage aggregate in physics chemistry and biology combined in your 12th grade, you wouldnt be eligible for NEET irrespective of how much you can score in the exam, but this applies only for general category, if you have any reservation like sc or st or obc, even 40 percentage aggregate will do, good luck
