I have delhi domicile and have done my 10th from there. But 12th is from UP state. Am i eligible for 85% quota of delhi.

In order to be eligible for state quota seats, you must fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down by each authority of the state/union territory. Some states and union territory will also require of the candidate to prove the domicile.

The admission process is based on merit list. The criteria states that, " A candidate who have passed 10+2 and have 50% marks in B.A firstyear are eligible for this course."

Yes. You can get admission in IISC or IISER provided that you can cruise through the route of enrollment, which is simple
A) Either you clear KVPY exam and interview with requisite marks
B) Or you can appear for the IISER aptitude test after 12th provided that you have 12th

Actually, you must have scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics. Further, you need to score minimum 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.

Diploma/ Certificate courses can be done after completing Class 10th. If you want to do Diploma in Nursing after 10th you can apply. But I would suggest you to check the eligibility of the institute you are applying as It can vary.

For 2018 Maharashtra Board OBC Cutoff marks for top20 percentile category you need a total minimum of 355 marks across PCM and One Language and any one ither subject to be in top20 percentile and eligibility to IIT/NIT.

Since your total is way above yiu shallbe eligible for sure.
