Candidates must have attained an age of 17 years as on December 31, 2019
Also, aspirants born on or after January 02, 2003 will not be eligible to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2019.

As per the minimum basic eligibility criteria of AIIMS MBBS, you are eligible for appearing in AIIMS MBBS 2019. Coming to NEET, since new brochure and information is yet to be released by NTA, the new examination conducting authority of NEET, we can't say anything for sure.

Hello sir

For 85% state quota a student must completed his/her 10 & 12 form a particular state that states's domicile certificate can be issued only.

So sir Uttar pradesh state quota is valid for MBBS seat in your son's case.

Dear Rohit 

The question need bit more clarity but what I understand from your question is that you need course at 3000 rs which is good for hsc board exam 

For that if you are computer science you can start to learn c programming which is useful for board exams
