No problem as such however you should try to get corrected your marksheets with actual name by sending an application to your baords stating name changes corection. You shall then be sent revised marksheets with correct details .

The Registration Guide for CAT Examination states that for computing percentages of marks obtained in SSC/10th/Equivalent examination, the aggregate marks of all subjects that appear in the mark sheet/grade sheet would be considered irrespective of the Boards regulation.

You can choose to apply for improvement exams in all subjects as well. Best of both marks willbe considered.

It is a very big problem and solution to that is very long process.

Your Father Name and Mother Name should be correctly written on Matric Certificate amd should be same on 12th.

No need to get worried, you just need an affidavit for the naming conflicts.

Yes you shall be eligible for Jee Advanced if you appear for 12th in 2019 year and then you can get two successive permissible attempts in year 2019 amd 2020.

You must have PCM as mandatory subjects in 12th grade from recognised University and have atleast 75%aggregate marks in 12th
